I recommend making a reservation in advance for dining on Friday or Saturday nights, as there are many happy tourists to feed.
I recommend two places right in Pine Bush:
Both are reasonably priced and have unique personalities.

Wed, Thu & Fri: Noon - 3 PM for lunch, Dinners Fri & Sat ONLY, 5 - 9PM
This is an elegant yet cozy place with home-cooking by the owner, Loretta.
